Psalm 139:16 · WEBThere is deep reassurance in knowing that our lives are seen by God. Before anyone recognized our potential or understood our story, God knew us. We are not strangers to the One who formed us, and no season of our lives places us beyond His loving attention.
When we reflect on the years behind us, we may remember with both gratitude and disappointment. There are experiences we would gladly repeat and others we wish had unfolded differently. We do not have to pretend every experience was good to believe that God can work within our story.
His knowledge of us invites trust, not passivity. Because He knows us, we can bring Him our questions honestly. Because He cares for us, we can seek His wisdom for the choices still before us. Our past does not remove our responsibility to respond to Him today.
Take a moment to thank God for the gift of your life. Release the pressure to measure your journey against someone else’s. The Father who knows you intimately is able to guide you personally. Let gratitude strengthen your faith as you offer Him the days ahead.
My life is known and valued by God. I receive each day as an opportunity to know Him more and honor Him with my choices. I release comparison and entrust my unfolding journey to His wisdom and care.
Father, thank You for the gift of my life and for Your faithful attention through every season. Help me remember Your goodness without denying the places that still need healing. Renew my gratitude, strengthen my trust, and lead me to use the days ahead for Your glory.
